The process began with a design overhaul. The Moneybox in-house creative team, working closely with their Content and CRM teams, designed new wireframe templates leveraging Braze Content Blocks, a dynamic personalization feature that allows for easily customisable messages on a 1:1 basis at scale. Designs were also optimized for device view and the heroing of brand assets. The outcome was over 30 new Content Blocks to be used across 6 different email categories.
The wireframes were then passed over to the Braze Email Creative Services. The team delivered on all counts with new, rich templates that were easier to customize and adapt to various marketing initiatives. They also reduced reliance on outdated systems and technical support, empowering Moneybox to run more agile campaigns.
With the updated designs, Moneybox was able to greatly improve the customer experience with intuitive design, high-quality visuals, and a smooth transition from inbox to app.
Lastly, they worked with the Email Creative Services team to revamp their analytics strategy. Now, they are able to measure the effectiveness of their campaigns and action on those learnings.
