Gartner Magic Quadrant research positions technology vendors within a specific market. Through a uniform set of evaluation criteria and the Magic Quadrant graphic, a Magic Quadrant report helps readers quickly understand how well technology providers are executing their stated visions and how well they are performing against the Gartner market view.

Gartner defines multichannel marketing hubs (MMHs) as software applications that orchestrate personalized communications to individuals in common marketing channels.
